How To Worry Less

It is freaking important that you don't worry about anything at all. Because honestly 99 percentage of shit that is in your thoughts is bullshit. It is useless. A total waste of time and mental energy. Fun fact: time and mental energy are both limited. Biggest mistake we do is that we think we have time and mental energy because we think of it as an infinite concept. But it is limited. Don't waste your time and energy over thoughts that causes you worry for things that are not even going to matter after 5 years in your life. 90 percent of things you are worrying about is not going to matter at all not even for 5 seconds. So fuck that shit. Think beyond.

Here are some straight up truths.

Move on. Fucking move on. You have to. Think of it like no other option. Let us assume that you are a vegetarian (in case you are already not). What will you do if someone offers you non vegetarian food? You will clearly reject. Right? You won't say, hey! let me think..umm maybe..

Nope. It is a clear no. because two things.

1. You know who you are. You know you are a vegetarian and you won't consume anything non vegetarian.

2. It is a clear boundary. You know it is a clear no. It is already decided. So no mental energy will be wasted to think or decide.

That is the key when it comes to worry. Know who you are. Know that the person you are can deal with the situation.If you think you can't, work it out and become capable of dealing with it. Worrying is still not in the picture. And then set a clear boundary. It is a clear pre-decided No. Set your boundaries over everything that you tend to worry about. Realize that anything crossing that boundary will deal with a clear No from your side.

And lastly, remember. It is not going to be a cake walk. Nope. It is going to be a process. You are most likely here because you have either an innate nature of worrying or developed a habit of worrying over time. So it will take time too. It is not a quick fix. I am here talking about changing yourself from who you are right now to some one who will choose to work on their issues and never choose to worry about them.

Stressing out or worrying is actually a choice you make. It will take a little conscious effort every time but if you move on, work it out and be thoughtful you can actually lead a life with no worries, only glories!
